How much space do I need?

Our photo booth requires a minimum of a 10x10 space. Add in space for guests to gather for their experience as well as space for a medium size table for guests to place their belongings while taking their photos.

What happens if my event goes overtime?

If you wish to extend, a new contract would be entered and we’d invoice you on the next business day for the applicable overtime at the rate in your event agreement.

What if my event starts later than the reserved time?

Our wheels are set in motion many hours before an event begins and often times a 3-4 hour event might result in an 8-10 hour work day for our team (which is subject to overtime wages per law). We begin setup a minimum of an hour and a half up to 2 and a half hours before the start of the reserved time, depending on the package selected. We bill based on the scheduled start time as agreed upon in writing and enter into a new contract, at the hourly rate per the a la carte price list if the event goes past the reserved window.

What does the venue need to provide?

One standard 15 amp electrical outlet within 15 feet of our setup location.
If there is a busy thoroughfare between the electrical outlet and our setup location, we require the venue to run electricity to our EXACT setup location.
Wireless internet will allow for faster photo sharing if our mobile internet hotspot is unable establish a strong connection.
Conventions/Conferences may want to consider providing us with a hardwired ethernet connection.
It's helpful to have the venue provide a couple small/medium tables for guests to place their belongings while they take their photos.

How early will you arrive?

Depending on your tailored package we would need a minimum of an hour and a half up to 2. If you reserved a bigger package which includes more items to set up we would require a minimum of 3 hours.
